You didn't lose your intuition. Your nervous system just got too loud to hear it.
For the woman who's done the meditation, journaling and mindset work, and still lies awake at 2am, crashes by 3pm, or says yes when she means no. Short, body-first practices and calming art that help you settle in minutes a day.
Or $333 a year, two months free. Leave whenever you want.

What it is
Healing art you use, not just hang.
It starts with my art. Symmetrical, nature-based images you rest your eyes on for a few minutes. It's the calm of staring into a campfire, captured, so you can come back to it anytime. Many people find that kind of order easy on the eye and quietly settling. Then short practices for the body take it from there. Nothing here asks you to believe anything. This is where the Coming Home Method lives day to day, in three movements, in this order:
Regulate. Settle the noise enough to hear yourself.
Hear. Recognize your own signal underneath everyone else's.
Trust. Act from your own knowing, and keep your own yes and no.
Who it's for
For the one everyone leans on.
It's 3:17 a.m. Your heart is racing and your chest is tight. You pick up your phone "just to check the time" and forty minutes later you're reading about cortisol. You've done the books, the apps, the workshops, the teachers. Maybe the medication too. You look like you have it together. You don't feel it. And the quiet thought underneath all of it is: what's wrong with me? Nothing is. Here's what this membership is built to give you:
Many women feel calmer within a couple of minutes
Telling your intuition from your anxiety again
Saying no without the guilt spiral afterwards
A practice that fits into a Tuesday, not a retreat
A room of women doing the same work, so you're not doing it alone
You can't think your way out of a nervous system stuck in survival.
Almost everything you tried started with the mind. Read it, journal it, understand it, try harder. But a body stuck in survival doesn't listen to a good argument. It listens to safety. It was never a willpower problem. It's a regulation problem, and that part is workable.

Why I made this
The art came first. For me.
In 2013 I had a brain injury. I started making symmetrical art, and it helped my nervous system settle. Twenty-five years of teaching Kundalini yoga taught me the rest: the body first, then the mind.
What 36 collectors told me about living with this art
UnpromptedAsked to describe the art in their own words, they chose peaceful, calm, healing, balanced and sacred.48% vs 15%48% buy it as a healing or meditation tool. Only 15% buy it as decoration.88% vs 15%88% actively search for tools to balance their life. Only 15% feel strongly that it already is.52%52% said they would come to a meditation class built on the art. The membership is that class.
From my survey of 36 collectors of my art; 27 answered every question, and the percentages are of them. It was about the artwork, not the membership, which is new. Member stories will go here as they come in.

Members hear first, and the founders' price of $555 is open Nov 19–26. This isn't therapy or medical care, and it doesn't replace either. Think of it as a complement to them.
You were probably given the wrong goal. It was never about a blank mind. The practices here are short, your eyes stay open, and the art gives your attention somewhere to land. A couple of minutes counts.
As little as two minutes a day. The longer practices run a few minutes. The 40-day path goes at your own pace.

A phone or a computer. It all works in your web browser. No special equipment. If you have one of my prints, lovely. If not, a plant or a candle works too.
Research suggests symmetry can support a calmer state. It doesn't heal or treat anything. For me, it's somewhere for the eyes to land. The sources are on the Art page.
Come home to yourself.
You can keep doing what you've been doing. More reading. More trying harder. Another 3am. Or you can start with your body, a few minutes a day, with women doing the same work.
You don't need another restart. You need to start in a different place. Start with your body, and let your own knowing come back.
