These terms are the agreement between you and Gurudarshan "Gigi" Khalsa ("I," "me," "my"), an artist and teacher based in Kihei, Hawaii. They cover gurudarshankhalsa.com, the Coming Home hub, the membership, the Coming Home Method course, live classes, sessions, and art. When you buy something or use the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't buy or use the site.

You must be 18 or older to buy or join.

1. What you're buying

The membership. $33 a month or $333 a year. You get the practices, the live monthly meditation, the members' circle and the other items listed on the sales page at the time you join. What's inside may change as I add, update or retire practices.

The Coming Home Method. Thirty days, guided by me, with a weekly live call and one year of access to the hub. Founders' round $555 (or three payments of $195); full price $1,997.

Live classes and workshops. Some are free. A paid seat (for example, $27) may be credited toward the Coming Home Method if the sales page says so, and only during that round.

Sessions. Intuitive healing sessions are $111 for 30 minutes and $222 for 60 minutes, held live over video.

Art. Prints and decks are made to order and shipped from my print partner.

All prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout where they apply.

2. How payment works

Payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.

Automatic renewal. The membership renews automatically. Monthly plans are charged every month and yearly plans every year, on the same date you joined, to the card on file, until you cancel.

Cancelling the membership. You can cancel any time from the link in your receipt email, or by writing to art@gdkartist.com. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. I don't refund partial months or years, except under the guarantee below.

Payment plans. A payment plan is a promise to pay the full price, split into smaller payments. If you stop using the course, the remaining payments are still due. If a payment fails, I'll let you know, and access may pause until it's paid.

3. My guarantees and refunds

I'd rather you get your money back than stay somewhere that isn't helping.

Membership. If the membership isn't right for you, ask for your first month back within 30 days of your first payment. This applies to your first month only. Any print you received is yours to keep.

The Coming Home Method. Answer the 108-sentence questionnaire when you join, and do your practices on at least 25 of the first 30 days (the hub's practice log records each day). We know people get sick, so you don't need all 30. If you did, and your answers to the 108 sentences haven't shifted between day 1 and day 30, ask for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. I check your practice days in the hub and compare your day 1 and day 30 answers. This guarantee is for people who gave it a full, committed effort. It doesn't cover a change of mind without having tried it.

Sessions. You can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice, or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, are not refunded. If a session isn't right for you, tell me during it and I'll stop and refund you.

Art. If a print or deck arrives damaged or wrong, email me a photo within 14 days of delivery and I'll replace it. Because each print is made to order, I don't accept returns for a change of mind.

4. Health and wellbeing

The practices, art, classes and sessions are for relaxation, reflection and personal growth. They are not medical care, therapy or mental-health treatment, and they don't diagnose, treat or cure any condition. They are a complement to professional care, not a replacement for it.

Some practices use breath, gentle movement and stillness. Go at your own pace, stop if anything feels wrong, and check with your doctor before starting if you're pregnant or have a health condition. You are responsible for your own choices and your own wellbeing.

If you are in crisis, please contact a medical professional or your local emergency services.

5. Results

Everyone's experience is different. I can't promise any particular result. Anything I share about what others felt, including survey numbers, describes their experience, not a guarantee of yours.

6. My work belongs to me

The art, recordings, videos, writing, oracle cards and everything else on the site and in the hub are my work and are protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own practice.

Please don't copy, share, resell, record, post or teach from them, or share your login, without my written permission. Buying a print gives you the physical print, not the right to reproduce the image.

7. The members' circle

Be kind. No harassment, hate, selling, or sharing other members' stories outside the circle. I may remove posts or people who don't respect this, without a refund. What members share is their own experience, not advice.

8. Live calls and recordings

Live classes and group calls may be recorded and shared with members or students as replays. If you'd rather not appear, turn off your camera and use the chat. One-to-one sessions are not shared.

9. Emails

When you buy or sign up, you agree to get emails about your purchase and access. You may also get my newsletter and offers; you can unsubscribe from those at any time with the link in each email.

10. Your information

I collect only what I need to deliver what you bought and to stay in touch, such as your name, email and shipping address. I don't sell your information. Payment details stay with Stripe. The full details are on the Privacy page.

11. Limits

The site and hub are offered "as is." I work to keep them running, but I can't promise they will always be available or free of errors.

To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses. My total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me in the 12 months before the claim.

12. If we disagree

Please write to me first at art@gdkartist.com. Most things can be sorted out in a conversation. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Maui County, Hawaii.

13. Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply from the day they are posted and don't change a purchase you've already made.
